This Small Batch Riesling displays bright & vibrant plush palate, Lime, lemon and green apple characters burst out of the glass. Nice rounded mouthfell that finishes with great balance.
Gently destemmed and pressed straight away, cold-soaked for 7 days so solids drop out of the juice.
Slowly Fermented for a further 14 days then racked off of solids.
