Straw yellow with intense, clean and bright Green tones. Medium-high intensity, tropical notes, pineapple, passion fruit, melón and floral, Jasmine, orange blossom. Mouth fresh, White fruit, Apple, bannana and citrus. Very dry and mineral like with floral and earthy notes. Beautifully focused. Sourced from purchased and estate fruit of 10-40 year old vines
