Half of the grapes grown on clay-limestone soils undergo hot maceration prior to fermentation. The grapes are heated to 80°C, placed in tanks, macerated for 8 to 12 hours, pumped, pressed, filtered, and vinified at 20°C. The other half of the grapes are vinified using traditional methods. The other half of the grapes are vinified using traditional vinification methods, creating a unique fusion of the two methods.

The wine has a wonderful deep red color with dark purple reflections. Roasted notes of mocha and vanilla are well balanced with powerful and complex aromas of ripe blackberry and cassis fruit. Rich, full-bodied and intense, with a harmonious, fruity finish.
