The Heritage Blanc de Blanc “white of Whites” displays colours of pale straw with golden hues. The aroma has lifted citrus, pear and melon notes. Lemon, Lime and grapefruit flavours with a slight hint of french oak construct the palate.
Well balanced acidity and fruit flavours give a lingering finish. 14% alcohol

The fusion of monopole (solely owned vineyard) and sub-regional regionality is the secret to their winemaking. The sub-regions are Brewitt Springs, McLaren Flat, Willunga, and McLaren Vale.
