Curtis Cavaliere MV Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Curtis Cavaliere McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, bright purple color. Spice aromas on the nose are followed by ripe black currant and dark plum aromas. Full-bodied and plum textured with rich, juicy ripe blackberry, dark chocolate, licorice, and spice. Soft, velvety tannins. The finish is medium to long with deep blackberry, milk chocolate and spice.

The fusion of monopole (solely owned vineyard) and sub-regional regionality is the secret to their winemaking. The sub-regions are Brewitt Springs, McLaren Flat, Willunga, and McLaren Vale.
