Curtis Rare Old Tawny 38 years Barrel Aged

Curtis Rare Old Tawny 38 years Barrel Aged

The rich, full-flavored Cabernet Sauvignon harvested from McLaren Vale and the flavorful Grenache harvested from older vines with a juice-like sweetness are used to make this Tunny.
The production method is similar to that of Portuguese port wines, using the solera system to preserve the house style.
This Tuny has a deep golden amber color that has been aged in barrels for 38 years. Aromas of fruit compote and roasted nuts. The warm mouthfeel of Christmas pudding, raisins, vanilla bean and coffee leaves a smooth finish. 40 years down the road, you will enjoy this wine.
