BLANC DE LYNCH BAGES 2018
Fresh and exotic fruit aromas combine with dried fruit and white flowers from the Semillon and delicate woody and vanilla notes from the Muscadelle.
The palate is balanced between freshness and intensity, with a structure that is round and ample yet elegant.
Ranche Bages is a chateau also known as a super second. Although it is a Medoc class 5 chateau, its quality is excellent and is considered to be as good as the top chateaus. It was initially made for private use, but was released in 1990 due to rave reviews from those around it. The vineyards are located in Mouton and Lafite to the north and Latour to the south, in the area where the best grapes are harvested, known as "the hill of Bages". The wine is characterized by its spicy aroma and powerful flavor.
