The wine has a delicate gold appearance and is enveloped in savory, slightly sweet aromas, like freshly baked brioche with butter. On the palate, the balance of this wine stands out. The acidity is fresh and lively, bringing forward flavors of honeyed melon and tropical pineapple. The finish is soft and rounded in tone from 15 months of neutral oak aging.
