Annual production is 400 cases. The blend can be described as Super Tuscan, but the palate is reminiscent of Brunello. Spicy, ripe red fruits and baking spices can be detected on the nose, and black red fruits such as berries, plums, and cherries can be found on the palate with a touch of spice. The outstanding acidity and structure bring harmony to the entire palate. The finish is bright and full-bodied, with a long, complex finish. This is a wine that will continue to be loved.

Although completely self-taught when it comes to wine, Mitch Consentino, winemaker-in-charge, is the creator of the Meritage Blend, of which more than 200 are made today. Over the course of his career, he has won more than 2,000 awards, including the Andre Cherichev Winemaker of the Year, the father of California wine, and numerous other awards for best wine. His blending abilities are highly regarded around the world.
