This blend of hand picked Syrah and Carignan is bursting with personality, aromas of rich red fruits and plum with just a hint of spice; whilst it has the unmistakable latent power, which is the signature of the Minervois Red, in the mouth the wine is well rounded, with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
We suggest serving this wine between 16 and 18°C.
This wine goes well with roast pork dishes as well as lighter meats and in the summer we find that it can be enjoyed served slightly chilled.

This wine remains a tribute to our father, grandfather and great-grandfather our Papeta, his inspirational life and joie de vivre. Cultivated on the limestone slopes of Borie de Moligne, this wine has a unique structure inspired by the flavours of the Minervois.
Papeta is the occitane word for a homage to Peter and a nod to the community we live in.
Full-boded and vibrant with personality, this blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache pairs perfectly with any roast and meat based main course.
