Tasting Notes:
This Bordeaux has a great nose of cassis, chocolate, & tobacco with a full body taste and smooth finish. This goes great with most grilled meats, teppan, sukiyaki, yakiniku, duck, curry and more.

Wine Growing: Traditionally of the Médoc; qualitative approach to obtain the best natural concentration of the grapes on the grapevine; mechanical harvest.
Winemaking: Traditional winemaking after complete destemming, 3 to 4 weeks’ maceration with temperature control by irrigation or heating.
Aging: During 10 months in oak barrels, half of them are new. this is a selection of the best vines of at least 30 years old).
Soil: Clay-silt.
Area: 13 Hectares
