Redtail vineyards on rocky loamy soils. The 3.62-acre parcel of vineyards is open and has a small canopy. Sunlight is thus filtered and the fruit ripens evenly.
We choose a hands-free approach to take advantage of naturally occurring aromas and flavors. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to neutral barrels, aiming to develop subtle flavors of fruit without overdoing it with oak. It opens with bright aromas of raspberry and spice, followed by dark fruit notes on the palate and on the finish. With delicate tannins and fruity flavors, this wine pairs well with a variety of dishes.
