La Croix de St. Clement Rouge 2015
Overall, 2015 is a winning year for red wines in Bordeaux, with fruity, delicate, and energetic wines. It is a year of very robust and well-structured wines. The wines have a radiant appearance, as if they are wearing a beautiful dress. This brilliance is also present on the nose, where fruity nuances are beautifully interwoven with grilled flavors. The harmonious impression is still there on the palate.
Silver Award - Vienna International Wine Challenge 2017
Mr. de Scheper and Mrs. de More had been producing spirits and hard liquors in Belgium since the beginning of the 20th century. They also began to import and sell wine, and their first purchase was Château Tour Baradols, a St. Emilion Grand Cru. From there, they expanded to Chateau Haut-Bretton-Lagouradière, Chateau La Croisille, and Chateau Lacôme-Cadio. Today, Jean-Michel Garcien, a passionate winemaker with experience in Germany, Chile, Sancerre, and other parts of the world, is in charge of the winery and is committed to its further development.
